The ideal candidate will have:
- A profound understanding of LVI (Legal Value Indicators), employing metrics that demonstrate your ability's impact.
- Expertise related to Civil Engineering principles as they apply legally within construction contexts.
- Comprehensive knowledge regarding legal aspects concerning contract management ensuring all agreements meet regulatory standards.
- Experience and deep understanding of VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen).
As part of this role, you'll be expected to contribute significantly by leveraging these essential skills:
- Proficiency in Contract Management: Efficiently oversee contracts from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
