Exciting Opportunity - Senior Compliance Officer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for client's management and Group Compliance Officer
- Take ownership of daily compliance management with the compliance team
- Identify and monitor applicable laws, regulations, and "best practice" documentation
- Support the business in the annual risk assessment cycle (SIRA)
- Draft annual compliance planning in collaboration with Management and Business
- End responsibility for second-line monitoring activities
- Report to the Management Board and Group Compliance
- Key contact for Group Compliance regarding new compliance requirements and follow-up
Minimum Experience/Education Required:
- Master's degree in Dutch law
- Minimum seven years of relevant experience in the Dutch Trust Sector
- Knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations related to financial services (WTT, Wwft, sanctions regulations)
- Strong analytical skills, structured, accurate, flexible, hands-on
- Excellent communication skills essential for promoting ethical business operations
