We have an opportunity for a full-time, Senior Product Analyst position. This role is on-site in Tampa, FL. Prior experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) products is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years in data analytics and product analysis, preferably in Property Casualty insurance.
- Strong skills in data analysis, strategic recommendations, and project management.
- Proficiency in Excel, COGNOS, Access, and SQL.
- Ability to interpret regulations and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and revise product manuals and forms for state compliance and filings.
- Manage and maintain insurance policy forms.
- Regularly analyze forms and manuals for effectiveness.
- Research statutory changes and provide requirements to management.
- Negotiate form approvals with regulatory bodies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
- Maintain competitor rate profiles and monitor filings.
- Extract and analyze data for departmental support.
- Report on loss trends, cancellations, retention, and other metrics.
- Provide input on pricing and risk management strategies.
- Identify and resolve rating discrepancies.
- Assist with financial submissions and business requirements.
- Test and document changes for accuracy.
- Support new product development and recommend procedural changes.
- Follow established quality control procedures.
