Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess financial and operational challenges, develop turnaround strategies, and implement tailored restructuring solutions for various sectors.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support client evaluations, forecasting, and scenario analysis, ensuring accuracy and clarity in financial projections.
- Use strong accounting skills to analyze financial statements, identify key issues, and provide actionable insights to guide restructuring plans.
- Engage with clients, management teams, and stakeholders to gather insights, present findings, and offer recommendations while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Participate in investment banking activities, including valuation, debt advisory, and transaction structuring, supporting deal execution and providing critical analytical insights throughout the process.
- Oversee the development of project deliverables, manage timelines, and allocate resources to ensure successful and timely completion of engagements.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in turnaround and restructuring, financial advisory, or investment banking, ideally with exposure to the healthcare sector.
- Proven expertise in developing and interpreting complex financial models.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
