- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of M&A experience, with a successful track record of both origination and execution.
- Sector Focus: Generalist sector expertise welcomed-excluding FIG (Financial Institutions Group).
- Origination Skills: Strong capability to originate new deal opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Execution Expertise: Experience leading transactions from start to finish, including financial analysis, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations.
- Location: Candidates must be based in Belgium or willing to relocate.
