Position: M&A Director - Industrials

A leading advisory firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic M&A Director to lead transaction origination and execution within the industrials and manufacturing sectors. Based in London, this role focuses on building and expanding the firm's coverage in continental Europe and the DACH region through strategic client engagements and deal-making.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-15 years of M&A experience, with a strong focus on the industrials/manufacturing sectors.
- Language Requirement: Native German speaker is essential.
- Transaction Expertise: Demonstrated track record in originating and executing successful M&A transactions.
- Regional Knowledge: Extensive experience with deal origination and client relationship management across continental Europe and the DACH region.
- Strategic Acumen: Strong ability to identify opportunities, build business relationships, and drive strategic outcomes.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and guiding transactions throughout the deal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and execute M&A transactions across the industrials/manufacturing sectors.
- Drive client acquisition and develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management to create growth strategies, providing industry insights and deal execution expertise.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams through complex transaction processes.
