Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&A Snr Associate/ Junior Vice President to join their dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and executing mergers and acquisitions transactions, providing strategic advice, and leading deal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage M&A transactions from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, providing strategic advice and insights.
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
- Prepare and present detailed transaction documentation and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
