As the Head, you will play a crucial role in overseeing credit operations, driving product development initiatives, and providing strategic leadership.
Responsibilities of a Head of Credit Operations and Product Development:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for credit operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of collections, reporting, and risk management activities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the credit operations team.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to drive the development and enhancement of credit-related products. Tailor products to meet the needs of SME customers and drive changes in credit policies and models to support new product offerings.
- Oversee the management of credit portfolios, ensuring the quality and performance of credit assets. Monitor and mitigate potential risks, providing recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive change initiatives related to credit operations and product development. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment of credit changes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management and the first line, to understand business needs and provide recommendations for new products and enhancements. Ensure effective communication and implementation of credit-related initiatives.
