A boutique Real Estate Private Equity Firm is seeking an experienced fundraiser to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manage end-to-end fundraising cycle
- Develop a comprehensive marketing plan and prospect to new investors, particularly HNWI and Family Offices
- Cultivate relationships with existing investors
- Manage one direct report
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in fundraising
- Rolodex of clients, preferably HNWI and Family Offices
- Real Estate experience preferred
- Managerial experience preferred
- Willingness to travel
