Firm is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support their launching of their integrated platform. The primary audience includes the alternative industry and financial advisors. The ideal candidate should have experience leveraging various marketing channels to drive user awareness, acquisition, and engagement. The role requires the ability to quickly grasp and communicate the features and benefits of alternative investments, structured investments, and annuities, along with the analytical tools that support them.

Location: CT or NYC (Hybrid)
Comp: $130,000 - $160,000
Responsibilities:
Relationship Building and Insight Gathering:
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams.
- Engage in ongoing discussions with Product and Platform teams.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of platform features, project timelines, and the perspective of US-based wealth managers, financial advisors, and RIAs.
Marketing Briefs and Project Facilitation:
- Author comprehensive marketing briefs.
- Guide internal and external discussions.
- Inform internal marketing teams about required deliverables.
- Facilitate project management across the broader Marketing team.
Detailed Marketing Plans:
- Design marketing plans aligned with different platform launch phases.
Effective Communication and Campaign Delivery:
- Define, approve, and schedule a consistent stream of communications.
- Create customized multi-channel campaigns.
- Ensure accurate and engaging messaging and design.
- Implement stringent compliance standards across communication channels (email, webinars, PR, events, social media, collateral, videos, web, presentations).
Timely Updates and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Proactively communicate updates affecting campaign assets.
- Set clear timeline expectations with stakeholders and team members.
- Provide early and frequent views of work in progress to business owners.
Marketing Tools and Metrics:
- Maintain a solid working knowledge of Marketing tools and platforms.
- Continuously evaluate new tools, techniques, and approaches.
- Make budgeted recommendations as appropriate.
Data-Driven Optimization:
- Collaborate with Marketing data strategists to build relevant metrics and dashboards.
- Actively monitor and publicize campaign results and trends.
- Use insights to devise strategies for enhanced future results and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Take corrective action when metrics trend unfavorably.
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of B2B marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in business -related field
- Experience and deep understanding of alternatives and alternative investment industry/markets
- Experience working on a platform, product marketing experience preferred
- Ability to work on strategy for roll-out plans for product launches, professional communicator, and strong leader
