Position Overview:
As the VP of Financial Restructuring, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-profile financial restructuring projects across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. Your strategic leadership will be key to advising clients on navigating distressed situations, optimizing financial performance, and implementing recovery plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex financial restructuring assignments, from initial assessment to execution.
- Advise clients on debt restructuring, financial turnarounds, and capital optimization strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee financial due diligence, valuation, and modeling to support restructuring initiatives.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and board members to develop strategic recovery plans.
- Manage a team of junior professionals, providing mentorship and leadership in project delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory developments impacting restructuring within the region.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in financial restructuring, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi and GCC markets, with a proven track record in restructuring transactions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable but not a requirement.
