- Identify, source, and evaluate new investment opportunities in alignment with the firm's strategic goals and industry focus.
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and other stakeholders to stay ahead of emerging trends and investment opportunities.
- Lead initial conversations with founders and management teams, conducting high-level assessments of market opportunities, product potential, and team dynamics.
- Actively support portfolio companies through regular engagement with management teams and boards, offering strategic guidance, operational insights, and access to networks.
- Monitor portfolio performance and assist in key hiring, fundraising, business development, and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to identify and help resolve key business challenges, leveraging your expertise and the firm's resources.
