A premier, full-service certified public accounting (CPA) and consulting firm in Atlanta, with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a dynamic Manager to join its growing Transaction Advisory team.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of transaction services experience and at least 6 years of overall accounting experience. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a current CPA license is preferred. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MAcc, Finance) is a plus. Additional requirements include strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. The candidate should also have experience leading teams and working directly with clients, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Participation in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and due diligence assistance, and providing any accounting advisory services.
- Analyzing and synthesizing target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations and determining potential liabilities and/or risks.
- Interfacing and building successful relationships with client and target contacts.
Requirements:

- Exceptional Excel skills
- Ability/willingness to travel as needed (approx. 15%)
