Trade Operations Analyst - Austin
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 + Bonus
We are seeking a highly motivated Trade Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in the bustling tech hub of Austin. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of trading operations for one of the leading financial firms that integrates state-of-the-art technology with market expertise to provide innovative solutions and liquidity globally.
The Role:
- Manage clearance, settlement, and reconciliation processes across all trades and positions efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with various teams including traders, finance professionals, compliance officers as well as external brokers and custodians.
- Leverage your strong technical skills by working alongside software engineers to enhance operational work flows through automation technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor's degree holder from quantitative fields like Business Administration, Finance or Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
- 1-3 years working within finance
- Adept at SQL and Python
