Position Overview
In this role you will collaborate with a dynamic group focused on addressing the practical challenges our clients, sales consultants, and channel partners face in the sales and advisory process. Providing holistic wealth planning solutions that encompass legal, tax and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct multijurisdictional tax law research and structure solutions to support sales consultants with inquiries from referral partners and clients.
- Collaborate with sales consultants to present the latest tax and wealth planning developments, highlighting potential insurance sales opportunities to referral banks and prospects.
- Provide in-depth training for new hires on tax and solutions structuring, along with regular updates for sales consultants on tax law changes and wealth planning opportunities.
- Deliver training presentations to clients and bankers.
- Partner with our Marketing team to identify opportunities and develop thought leadership content that highlights our sales consultants' expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, or law.
- 5 years of relevant experience; prior roles in an insurance company, wealth management firm, trust company, private bank, tax advisory, or legal practice are preferred.
- Strong understanding of tax and wealth planning.
- Energetic, organized, and intellectually curious self-starter with a passion for working in a dynamic environment.
