Our client, a leading European Bank headquartered in Amsterdam, is seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join their Equity Solutions team. As the successful candidate for this role, you will be responsible for selling strategic equity solutions to existing and new clients across Europe.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/ Business Administration/Economics.
- Relevant experience working with Equity Solutions or Structured Products
- Familiarity with strategic equity processes including mergers & acquisitions
- Proven track record of success within corporate solutions sales (minimum 5 years)
Skills:
Sales expertise
As part of your responsibilities on the job would require interfacing directly with potential corporate clients, while pitching investment solutions. Thus it's imperative that candidates possess exceptional communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
Equity knowledge
Candidates should have extensive knowledge about all aspects related to equities ranging from share market trading trends across different sectors through various platforms, being able to provide sound advice based on informed analysis regarding prospective investments by company executives amongst other factors.
Solutions mindset
Candidates must be able to communicate well with corporate clients and understand their complex needs and be able to identify, originate and explain clearly a Strategic Equity Solution to adhere to their needs.
