Title: Account Manager, Commercial Lines
Location: Portland, Maine
Position Overview:
As an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will help guide clients through each stage of their insurance journey. In this position, you will ensure that clients receive top-tier service and coverage tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare new business submissions, collect necessary applications, and follow up with underwriters for timely quotes.
- Understand client's daily operations and exposures, adhering to internal procedures and time lines.
- Respond to customer inquiries, including coverage questions and documentation requests.
- Produce binders for new and renewal accounts.
- Provide policy issuance instructions and support Processors in processing new and renewal policies.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance
- Valid P&C license
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
