Salary: 200,000-225,000 base salary with annual discretionary bonus
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technology and trading teams on CI/CD processes and troubleshoot software build issues.
- Automate deployment processes, manage infrastructure as code tools, and maintain the observability stack.
- Modernize environments using cloud and container tools, and advocate for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with expertise in observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, and CI/CD tools (e.g., TeamCity, GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), Docker, Kubernetes, and git
This role must sit in the firm's Chicago office.
