Finance and Regulatory Reporting Manager
We are currently partnered with a Global Bank that is seeking a highly skilled professional to join the team as a senior Regulatory Reporting Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HKMA returns, tax returns, surveys while developing internal accounting policies and controls.
Responsibilities:
- Manage finance regulatory reporting by ensuring timely submission of reports such as HKMA Returns, Tax Returns, Surveys.
- Develop an effective system that ensures compliance with all applicable regulations set forth by authorities.
- Work closely with other departments within the bank to resolve any issues related to financial or operational risks management
- Conduct regular reviews on existing processes & procedures; suggest improvements wherever necessary through recommending best practices from industry standards
- Well versed with GDR
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess these qualifications;
1) Minimum 4 years' experience in Banking sector specifically working on Financial Regulation matters;
2) Big four audit background is preferred but not mandatory๏ผ
3) Strong knowledge of Accounting principles
4) Excellent communication skills
