A reputable Charlotte based Real Estate Asset Manager with over $3B in real estate investments is looking to add a Senior Portfolio Accountant to their growing team.
- Review monthly financial reports for assigned properties, including office, retail, medical office, apartments, and new development projects.
- Prepare wire transfers to and from designated properties.
- Reconcile the assigned Portfolio Account monthly, ensuring correct allocation to related properties.
- Review tenant reimbursement calculations for properties.
- Update quarterly property valuations in Argus.
- Review quarterly footnote information for properties.
- Assist in preparing combined quarterly financial statements and footnotes.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process and review budget packages.
- Help prepare the annual audit report and address auditor inquiries.
- Observe and participate in Investment Committee presentations for new property investments.

- Capable of meeting deadlines, including occasional overtime during reporting periods.
