I am currently working with a quantitative trading firm and liquidity provider that specializes in high-frequency trading (HFT) and algorithmic trading for a Senior Clearing Associate opening in their Chicago headquarters. You will be part of a group that ensures the reliable flow of our trading activity between our various trading venues and clearing firms across the globe and will assist with the development of new business and back-office initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and support critical daily Clearing functions, including trade capture, life cycle management, reconciliation and break resolution across all products and venues
- Assist with bringing new business
- Assist with identifying and improving process deficiencies
- Other duties as assigned or needed
Qualifications:
- At least 7 year's work experience preferred in a related capacity
- Deep knowledge of post-trade life cycles of Equities, Treasuries, Futures, FX, Options, and/or Swaps, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields required
