Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Accounting, this role is vital in supporting financial operations. This role will be on a hybrid basis in Addison, TX.
What you will do…
- Oversee the reconciliation process for payroll accounts and other related financial activities.
- Ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage the reconciliation process for various accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement process improvements to drive increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support overall financial operations.
What you will need to be successful…
- Strong background in payroll tax withholding.
- Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations.
- Highly motivated and detail oriented.
- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and implement process improvements.
- CPA or Big 4 exerience preferred
