Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy elegant software solutions across the firm's trading infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define priorities and deliver custom solutions tailored to meet specific trading requirements.
- Engage in structured learning sessions to enhance technical and quantitative skills.
- Work under the direct sponsorship of the CTO and interact with other C-level leadership to drive technological innovation.
Skills Required:
- 3-7 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably within the finance industry.
- Proficiency in Python is essential.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Previous experience in algorithmic execution and/or Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) is required.
- Proven track record in software design and development, with the ability to tackle complex problems effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks within a demanding and dynamic environment.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline.
