Product Dev Manager
Introduction
Our client is a leading mobile payments provider who is looking for a Product Development Manager to lead international product teams in expanding payment methods for US merchants. The successful candidate will have experience in payment product management and will be responsible for expanding payment networks for North American merchants. The role will require a strong understanding of digital wallets and payment technology, as well as the ability to collaborate in a matrix-based environment. The role is based in Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid) and offers a competitive base salary of $150,000 - 190,000.
Responsibilities
* Analyze user behavior through research and testing.
* Expand payment networks for North American merchants.
* Translate business needs into product requirements.
* Monitor and enhance product performance.
* Identify market opportunities and optimize product capabilities.
* Serve as the primary product ambassador.
Requirements
* 1.5+ years in payment product experience, emphasizing US and international channel expansion.
* Strong understanding of digital wallets and payment technology.
* Experience bridging business and technical teams.
* Analytic skills for data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to collaborate in a matrix-based environment.
* Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
