Job Description | Global Private Equity Fund
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in all stages of the investment process, including deal origination, due diligence, stakeholder negotiations, structuring, and execution.
- Develop investment materials such as presentations, financial models, investment memorandums, and analyses, and present recommendations to senior management or the Investment Committee.
- Conduct research on potential investment areas and collaborate with senior professionals, key investors, and advisors throughout the investment process.
- Proactively monitor the performance of investment portfolios and generate business ideas.
- Analyze investment opportunities, provide recommendations, and work closely with senior team members on strategy and negotiations.
- Lead due diligence and deal execution, build strong partnerships with investors, advisors, and clients, and collaborate with investee companies, including participation at the board level.
- Travel opportunities available.
Education and Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier institution.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, growth equity, or related fields.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA or CAIA are a plus.
