Responsibilities
- Transaction due diligence work-streams, including financial, commercial, legal, tax, etc
- Preparing Investment Committee papers for, and attend Investment Committee meetings on a regular basis
- Support investment leadership in securing debt arrangements, negotiating purchase agreements, employment agreements and incentive compensation for management teams
- Participate in meetings with current and prospective target companies as well as on-site visits etc
- Conduct various tasks related to product reporting, monitoring investments, market research, and marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Excellent academic credentials, with coursework emphasis on Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, and/or Engineering
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience, with minimum 2 years of work experience in buyout private equity and / or investment banking
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in global multi-cultural teams and cross-border investment environments
- Modelling and valuation skills, with a thorough knowledge of Excel
- Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and succeed
