Title: Business Analyst

Position Overview:
My client is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a solid background in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and a comprehensive understanding of data-related concepts within the insurance sector. You will support the implementation and maintenance of business information systems across various departments, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to help drive the company's objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in evaluating and optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Maintain and execute updated procedures while ensuring efficient completion of projects.
- Conduct presentations to deliver findings and ideas focused on the optimization of business strategy.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to optimize business processes and inform decision-making.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the P&C insurance industry.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience applying them to insurance projects.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
