Responsibilities:
- Analyze data (claims, membership, ADT) to identify trends and cost issues.
- Investigate cost drivers to improve financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with finance to track and benchmark medical cost trends.
- Monitor and report medical cost KPIs across markets.
- Build relationships with market leaders to address cost concerns.
- Present data insights in clear, actionable formats.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare data and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, MS-DRGs).
- Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, and other reporting tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- 1-2 years of relevant healthcare analytics experience.
- SQL experience is a plus.
