My client is a new firm founded by professionals from Tier 1 investment banks and restructuring firms currently focused on advising mid-market and venture companies through times of growth, improvement, or recovery. Their core service offerings include:
- Financial Advisory: Support services for CFOs and risk managers, advising on performance improvement, M&A, or other growth or dislocation.
- Structured Capital Solutions: Creating financing solutions, including with firm capital, to solve for a wide range of financing needs.
- Restructuring Advisory: Analyzing business, capital structure and process challenges and developing the right strategies for lenders, private equity or other stakeholders.
