The firm is looking to hire a Manager of Individual Sales & Retention to oversee a team of two (2) and manage relationships with agency and community partners within the 9 county service area. At a high-level the Sales Manager will help run operations & compliance and work closely with c-level executives. The ideal candidate has experience with administrative tasks, is skilled with the Microsoft suite, and has experience in the Individual marketplace.

Job Summary:
- Interpret and apply a range of government regulations related to marketing materials, approved benefits, and benefit limitations, including annual applications and reporting to relevant healthcare authorities.
- Plan, execute, and oversee activities for the marketing and sales of individual health plans offered by the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least five years of related experience preferred.
- Health Insurance License for the state required within three months of employment.
