Our client, the top Expert Network company out of Toronto, is looking to bring on a Client Service Manager to lead a team of 5-7 associates, working on a fast track to a Vice President.
In this role, you would be working directly with Private Equity/Consulting clients, assisting them with knowledge that they need in order to make business critical decisions.
Requirements -
- Experience working at an expert network company and/or information provider.
- 1-2 years of experience managing a team.
- Experience withing with Financial Institutions (Consulting Firms, PE Firms, Hedge Funds).
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities -
- Build a high performance culture, setting clear expectations, and goals.
- Working with, and carrying responsibility over accounts, carrying a key focus on mid-tier Consulting firms.
- Coaching team members, ensuring they are working with accuracy and urgency.
- Managing projects, allocating/delegating responsibilities to team members, ensuring workloads are balanced.
