Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university
- At least 1.5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Mergers & Acquisitions
Skills:
As part of this role, candidates should possess proficiency or some level mastery over these skills listed below:
- Financial Modelling - A deep understanding while effectively communicating complex models.
- Valuation - Knowledgeable enough on valuation techniques such as DCF etc.
- Client Interaction - Experience interacting directly with clients,
- Analytical thinking - Ability to analyze data accurately under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research analysis related primarily but not limited to industry trends/landscape market players involved stakeholder activity identifying potential opportunities
- Prepare presentations pitch books teasers information memorandums other marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint Word Excel applications
- Develop detailed financial modeling perform valuations including discounted cash flow analyses comparable company transactions precedent transaction analyses leveraged buyout scenarios accretion dilution merger consequences sensitivity tables LBO modelling etc.;
- Participate actively throughout all stages deals assisting senior bankers executing successful closing deal
