Our client, a prestigious boutique advisory firm, is seeking a talented Analyst to join their rapidly growing Business Services team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in M&A, with a strong interest in the Business Services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of transactions across the business services sector.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including valuation, due diligence, and modelling.
- Engage with clients and investors, playing a key role in structuring and managing deal processes.
- Prepare pitch and marketing materials, and transaction documentation for clients.
- Participate in all stages of transaction executions from end to end
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytic skills.
- Experience working on complex transactions
- Strong interest in the Business Services Sector
