Key Responsibilities:
Program Development:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs that meet the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design targeted training solutions.
Training Delivery:
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, utilizing a variety of instructional methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System, ensuring courses and resources are up-to-date and accessible to employees.
- Generate reports and analytics on training participation and effectiveness.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a culture of learning within the organization.
- Coordinate team-building activities, mentorship programs, and other development initiatives.
Change Management Support:
- Assist in change management initiatives by developing training and communication strategies to support transitions.
- Provide resources and support to employees during periods of change.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data related to learning and development initiatives, preparing reports for senior management.
- Utilize metrics to assess the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with HR colleagues and department leaders to align L&OD initiatives with business needs.
- Communicate effectively with employees to promote available training opportunities and resources.
