Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on private equity real estate investment opportunities in Japan.
- Evaluate potential real estate acquisitions, developments, and other investment opportunities.
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and industry dynamics to assess the feasibility and potential returns of real estate investments.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the due diligence process for potential real estate investments, including financial modeling, valuation, and property inspections.
- Monitor portfolio performance and conduct regular reviews to assess the performance of real estate investments.
- Stay updated on real estate market developments, regulatory changes, and economic trends affecting the investment landscape in Japan.
- Collaborate with team members and senior management to develop and execute real estate investment strategies.
- Communicate effectively with international stakeholders and participate in meetings conducted in English.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Previous experience in private equity real estate investment analysis or financial research preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on real estate financial modeling and valuation.
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Japanese language and culture is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in real estate markets and private equity investment management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
