Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for managing daily website support, providing support for our internal CRM and Internal Chatbot to contribute to internal development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support within the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal CRM, Internal Chatbot and reporting automation
- Maintain daily support for the company's website, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance IT solutions.
- Write and maintain scripts and programs using SQL, Python, and Java.
- Manage and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Document processes and maintain records of system changes and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Java, experience in C and C# is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and financial applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
