Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
Lead the execution of investment transactions, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors to ensure successful deal closures.
Develop and maintain robust financial models to assess the viability and potential returns of investment opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to inform investment strategies and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of experience in investment management, financial due diligence (FDD), or corporate finance, preferably with a background in a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG) or consulting (EY).
Candidates from top-tier consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG at levels below manager are also welcome.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in valuation techniques.
