Selby Jennings is working with a Cross-Border M&A Investment Bank looking to bring on a Managing Director with experience in Consumer Manufacturing focuing on LMM-MM transactions. The platform is HQ'd in Los Angeles, but is backed by a Global Consulting company with presence across the U.S., Asia, and Europe.
Candidates can sit anywhere in the United States, and are current Investment Banking Managing Directors with experience in sell-side cross-border M&A.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a proven track record of successful transaction execution and client management.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of capital markets, M&A processes, and financial advisory services.
