Due to significant growth and continued success, they are seeking a Vice President to join their highly specialised Private Capital Advisory team based in Paris.
The Role:
As a Vice President within the Private Capital Advisory team, you will play a key role in driving advisory mandates, working closely with leading institutional investors, private equity funds, and family offices. You will be involved in various strategic advisory services, including secondary market transactions, fund structuring, and capital raising activities. This position offers significant exposure to high-profile clients and complex financial deals, providing you with the opportunity to shape the future of private capital markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage advisory projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
- Advise clients on strategic options within the secondary markets, including LP interests, GP-led transactions, and fund restructuring.
- Manage relationships with a diverse range of institutional investors and private equity firms.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis to support transaction recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams across the firm's global offices to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, playing an active role in client pitches and industry events.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience within private capital advisory, private equity, or investment banking, ideally with exposure to secondary market transactions.
- Proven track record of managing complex transactions and client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
