Our client is a boutique international insurance company, looking to hire a senior candidate in their Hong Kong office.
You will be responsible for delivering growth in the Asia HNW / UHNW market. The job holder will build on the business's already established position as a leading providing of insurance-based wealth solutions. As the primary contact in the HNW / UHNW market, you will be responsible for working with HNW insurance broker partners and potential referral partners (incl. private banks, EAM's, Trustees, Family Offices, private wealth lawyers etc.), to promote the company, its Hong Kong wealth solutions, as well as introducing potential opportunities for other Group solutions through non-product specific solution discussions and ultimately executing on plans to ensure successful delivery against regional sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that align with the company's long-term objectives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure project goals are in line with business objectives.
- Assess potential risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Establish key performance indicators and monitor project performance in relation to strategic goals.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, outcomes, and offer insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.
- Experience in the financial sector, particularly in life insurance, trusts, and high-net-worth areas, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in project management.
- Knowledge of life insurance, trusts, and high-net-worth services is preferred.
