Role:
- Lead a team of Relationship Managers to originate new business opportunities and expand in the mid-sized enterprises/corporate clients segment in both China and the local market.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with clients and promote suitable banking products, including but not limited to deposit, cash management, and commercial lending products.
- Oversee credit applications while closely monitoring client profitability in compliance with regulations and liquidity requirements.
- Monitor the team's performance, formulate business strategies, and strengthen the portfolio and deal growth.
- Ensure that selling processes and activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Finance, or Economics discipline.
- Minimum 15+ years of Commercial Banking experience, with a focus on local and PRC mid-cap clients.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and financial market analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
