Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Consultant to join on a part-time consultancy basis. Over an initial 6-12 month contract, the consultant will lead efforts to secure capital for real estate funds, focusing on institutional investors and High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) with ticket sizes of €80m+.
This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment while working flexibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to diversify the investor base, targeting Europe and UK.
- Leverage existing networks to raise €100M+ per fund, engaging institutional investors and HNWIs.
- Create compelling pitch materials and slide decks to support capital-raising efforts.
- Collaborate closely with a small, straightforward, and highly motivated team.
- Explore opportunities in new markets, including the Middle East and Asia.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven fundraising experience, preferably in real estate or similar investment spaces.
- Network: Strong connections with institutional investors and HNWIs in key markets (Europe, US, and beyond).
- Skills:
- Expertise in securing significant capital (€100M+ per fund).
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proficiency in developing impactful investor materials.
- Team Fit: Adaptable and collaborative, with a preference for working in a small, entrepreneurial team.
