Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director / Managing Director to join a leading Industrials Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing client relationships, and leading deal execution within the Industrials sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Industrials Investment Banking team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including leading domestic and global corporates and private equity funds.
- Oversee the execution of complex transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, and financings.
- Provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to clients, leveraging deep industry knowledge and market insights.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive business development and identify new opportunities within the Industrials sector.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in investment banking, with a strong focus on the Industrials sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing high-profile transactions.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience generating revenue within the industrials sector, solo and with peers.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
