Job Overview:
A leading investment firm is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to support their EB-5 investment program. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with potential investors, regional centers, agents, and stakeholders in the EB-5 program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage qualified EB-5 investors.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with overseas migration agents, law firms, and other EB-5 stakeholders.
- Presentations & Events: Organize and attend seminars, webinars, and networking events to promote the company's EB-5 projects.
- Project Promotion: Communicate project details, timelines, and investment opportunities effectively to potential investors.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all investor-related activities comply with USCIS regulations and company standards.
- Market Research: Monitor trends in the EB-5 space and provide insights to guide marketing and outreach efforts.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of investor communications and prepare reports for management.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in investor relations, financial sales, or EB-5-related fields.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and intermediaries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
