Role Overview: Director of Fundraising
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Fundraising to lead capital-raising initiatives across a portfolio of real estate investments globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic fundraising plans, while cultivating and managing relationships with institutional investors and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy tailored to real estate investment opportunities.
- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other strategic partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align fundraising efforts with broader organisational objectives.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in fundraising within real estate, private equity, or alternative investments.
- Demonstrated success in raising substantial capital from institutional investors and family offices.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, investment structures, and capital-raising processes.
- Established global network of investors, with particular strength in key markets such as Europe, the UK, and Asia.
