Compensation: $200,000 - $225,000 + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising the operations of assigned funds, including managing capital calls, credit lines, and distributions, and ensuring the timely preparation of financial statements and audits.
- Ensuring compliance by coordinating with external auditors and tax preparers.
- Enhancing operational efficiency.
- Assisting in the transition of certain responsibilities to overseas offices.
- Conducting thorough reviews of various investment metrics as requested by the portfolio team.
Qualifications:
- CPA
- 10+ years of related accounting experience
- 5+ years of experience with private credit investments and CLOs
- Big 4 background
- 3+ years of management experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and/or IFRS
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS in Accounting or Finance
