Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in compliance roles within the banking sector, with a solid grasp of AML, Financial Crime, Mifid II, Regulatory Compliance, and KYC.
- Sharp analytical skills and an eagle eye for detail, allowing you to spot compliance risks before they become an issue.
- A knack for communication and relationship-building, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a way that everyone can understand.
- Proven track record of building bridges with internal and external stakeholders alike.
- Bonus points for any professional certifications in compliance or related fields (e.g., CAMS, CRCM).
