Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior team members to provide comprehensive debt advisory services to clients.
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to support debt financing transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and financial institutions.
- Prepare detailed financial models and presentations to support client engagements.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Proven experience in debt advisory, investment banking, or related financial roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
