My client is an established private bank with a stable environment and strong brand name. Here is a rare opportunity to join their front line team as an ARM.
Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and instructions promptly. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a gatekeeper for AML, KYC, and product suitability processes. Ensure full compliance with sales processes.
- Provide comprehensive support to Relationship Managers, including maintaining and updating client transaction records, scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials, and collecting and preparing product and marketing materials.
- Executing a broad range of banking and investment task accurately and on a timely basis
Requirements:
- 8 years in client service in private banks
- good knowledge of financial products.
- Team player with good communication and computer skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin for Greater China Markets.
