Your Role:
- Lead Securitisation Transactions: Independently manage the implementation of securitisation transactions within the project team.
- Support Acquisition Efforts: Assist in securing new securitisation mandates through proactive engagement and strategic efforts.
- Conduct Analysis and Structuring: Perform detailed analysis and structure transactions to meet client needs and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate Terms: Negotiate transaction structures and contractual agreements with clients and other relevant parties.
- Present Internally: Present transaction details and strategies to management, market, and back-office committees.
- Manage Portfolios and Relationships: Oversee portfolio management and collaborate with our monitoring team to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Foster Networking: Build strong connections, particularly with colleagues in related asset finance product areas, to drive collaborative success.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 4-10 years of experience in asset-backed securities or risk management with a proven track record in structuring and executing complex transactions at a senior level.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the ABS market, including regulatory frameworks, asset classes, and financial structuring, as well as experience of Trade Receivables Sales.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives and mentor a team.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Languages: Fluency in German and English is essential.
